Irene Staron is a graduate of Ryerson University's School of Interior Design. Since 1979 she has enjoyed an extensive career that includes commercial and residential kitchen design along with a 10-year career with IBM Canada in corporate planning and design and facilities management and marketing. She has also completed a variety of consulting engagements as a communications consultant and professional trainer with publicly accountable organizations such as the Bank of Canada. Over the past 20 years Irene has travelled extensively in Russia, Austria, France, England, Scotland and Spain. Recently, her interests have centered on exploring North America and learning first-hand how the influences of our forefathers have been translated in our built environment. A lover of nature and all things natural, Irene has ample opportunity to bring her values, talents and creativity to her work with private clients and professional practitioners alike.
